"We had the pleasure of staying at Lavender Cottage for one night in April 2023 while on our bicycle tour from Johannesburg to Cape Town.  The cottage is well located in the small town of Willowmore.  We found it clean and well furnished with everything you might need including a nice braai area and off street parking.  Our hosts, Marc and Veronica, were very attentive and friendly.  A well priced, great place to stay and we recommend it highly!"

The owners have provided for everything a guest could need as well as the thoughtful extra's, not to mention the amazing photographs of the area which adorn the walls. The cottage is ideally situated for those wanting to explore some of the Karoo as well as the Baviaanskloof and the owners have also provided plenty of information to wet the travellers appetite. We highly recommended this stop over and will definitely be back soon."

My husband has done the Baviaans for over 10 years and it is the best place we have stayed in Willowmore to date. Also love the fact that they have solar especially with the way loadshedding is affecting everything these days."
