The Blue Gum Suite is a private suite with its own entrance, perfect for an overnight stay.  It includes a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, Wingback chairs and a table with chairs, which could double up as a work space if on a business trip.  A small kitchenette with an undercounter bar fridge, microwave, kettle, everything you need to make a cup of tea or coffee, cutlery, crockery and glasses.  There are unfortunately no facilities to cook in this unit.

Committed to sustainability, 18 on Mark operates almost entirely off the power grid. As a result, our units are designed with energy efficiency in mind. Sorry, no aircons or heaters but we do offer you fans in summer and electric blanket in winter. We also use treated borehole water and so fresh drinking water is provided for your convenience.

Please note that this unit is not pet-friendly. Secure parking is available.

The unit comprises of a double bed with en-suite bathroom.

The bathroom has a shower only, which operates on a gas geyser, so there will always be hot water.

Due to the fact that all our water goes into a grey water system, we provide eco-friendly body wash/shampoo & hand wash.

A Continental Breakfast is included in your stay.  
Dinner can be arranged with the owners in advance if needed.  This will be the "meal of the day"
